Last updated: May 27, 2026

A clear agreement for a growing productivity ecosystem.

Kreotar provides browser-based tools, professional studios, and optional KreoCloud workspace features. By accessing or using Kreotar, you agree to these Terms of Service.

These terms are designed to be practical. They describe what Kreotar provides, what users are responsible for, what is not allowed, and where the limits of the service are. They also help protect the product so it can continue offering free and useful workflows.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use Kreotar.

01

Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of Kreotar, including public pages, free tools, KreoCloud, KreoPDF, KreoDoc, KreoBoard, KreoSheets, KreoSlides, Code Editor, Resume Builder, and related features.

By using the service, you confirm that you have the authority to agree to these terms and that your use will comply with applicable laws. If you use Kreotar for an organization, you are responsible for ensuring that your use is authorized by that organization.

  • Use of the site means acceptance of these terms.
  • Additional provider terms may apply when you use third-party imports or integrations.
  • Kreotar may update these terms as the ecosystem changes.
  • Continued use after updates means acceptance of the updated terms.
02

What Kreotar provides

Kreotar provides access to browser-based productivity workflows, public tools, studios, and cloud workspace features. Some workflows may be local-first. Some may require account login, cloud storage, third-party imports, or service-backed processing.

Kreotar may change, improve, limit, suspend, or remove features over time. The product is actively evolving from a tool collection into a workspace ecosystem, and feature behavior may change as reliability, security, and user experience improve.

  • Free browser tools for quick tasks.
  • Studios for deeper editing and workspace sessions.
  • KreoCloud for saved files and project continuity.
  • Public pages that explain workflows and help users discover the ecosystem.
03

Your content and responsibility

You are responsible for the files, text, URLs, images, documents, code, data, and other materials you upload, import, process, generate, save, download, or share through Kreotar. You must have the rights needed to use that content.

Kreotar does not guarantee that generated, converted, compressed, translated, extracted, formatted, or edited output will be legally, commercially, academically, or professionally sufficient for every purpose. You must review outputs before relying on them.

  • Do not upload or process content you have no right to use.
  • Review outputs before submitting, publishing, signing, filing, or distributing them.
  • Keep independent backups of important files.
  • Do not rely on Kreotar as the only storage location for critical data.
Kreotar tools can be useful, but they do not replace professional review where professional judgment is required.
04

KreoCloud and account features

KreoCloud features may require authentication and may store files, metadata, workspace state, or project records that you choose to save. You are responsible for managing your account credentials and for controlling access to your devices and browser sessions.

You may delete workspace items through available product controls. Account deletion or privacy requests can be sent through the contact channel. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal, operational, or fraud-prevention reasons.

  • Use strong authentication practices.
  • Do not share account access with unauthorized users.
  • Delete cloud-saved files you no longer need.
  • Contact support for account or privacy-related requests.
05

Prohibited use

You may not use Kreotar for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or security-hostile purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass controls, probe systems without authorization, scrape at abusive scale, or use the platform to process illegal content.

You may not represent Kreotar outputs as verified legal, medical, financial, academic, or official conclusions unless you have completed the review required for that context.

  • No illegal content processing or rights-infringing use.
  • No attempts to bypass security, authentication, limits, or private route protections.
  • No automated abuse, scraping, or load that harms the service.
  • No misleading representation of generated or processed outputs.
06

Third-party services

Some workflows may connect with third-party providers, such as authentication, storage, import, analytics, advertising, or infrastructure services. Your use of those services may be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policy.

Kreotar is not responsible for third-party outages, account decisions, provider policy changes, authentication failures, or data practices outside Kreotar's control.

  • Review third-party terms before connecting external accounts.
  • Only import files you are authorized to use.
  • Provider availability can affect connected workflows.
  • Disconnect or revoke provider access when you no longer need it.
07

Disclaimers and no warranty

Kreotar is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every possible event, compatible with every file, or suitable for every professional requirement.

File formats, browsers, device capabilities, third-party services, and user inputs vary widely. Outputs may fail, lose formatting, differ from expectations, or require manual review.

  • No guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
  • No guarantee of perfect conversion, formatting, extraction, or editing output.
  • No guarantee that a feature is suitable for regulated or high-stakes use.
  • Use backups and independent review for important work.
08

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kreotar and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.

  • Keep independent backups.
  • Review important outputs before relying on them.
  • Use professional judgment for professional contexts.
  • Do not use Kreotar where failure would create unacceptable risk.

Fair use

Use Kreotar in a way that respects the law, other users, and service reliability.

Review outputs

Kreotar helps you work, but you remain responsible for validating important results.

Protect access

Account and cloud workspace features depend on responsible credential and device practices.
